What is the cost of delivery?
$7.50 flat rate for all New Zealand orders. Rural Delivery is $9.50.

How long is your general processing and delivery time?
We aim to process all orders placed before 12pm on the same day, between Monday and Friday. Anything after 12pm or on a weekend, will be processed the following business day. Delivery is expected 3-4 days after purchase.

Do you offer Click and Collect?
No sorry, not at this stage. 

Do you ship products outside of New Zealand?
We do not ship outside New Zealand at present.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with all the relevant tracking information.

Do you offer refunds?
If an item is damaged we will refund your supplement. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact hello@vinka.co.nz to arrange.

How can I access the Practitioner-Only range?
The Practitioner-Only products have strict guidelines that require a prescription from a health care practitioner. For further information about accessing our Practitioner-Only products, or to inquire about becoming a VINKA client, please contact administration on hello@vinka.co.nz.

How do I know if a product I see is Practitioner-Only?
Any product from the Practitioner-Only range will have a pop-up notification when you view the product information. You will also see this notification when you go to the check out.
