Green Goddess Drink

Good afternoon lovelies

I was just making my Green Goddess drink that I mentioned in my Perimenopause & Menopause webinar, so I thought I'd share it with you. It's perfect for an afternoon pick me up and to help avoid those cravings! 


I use one scoop of each of the following Designs for Health powders stirred in a tall glass of water:
Now I know that these supplements aren't cheap. They are made using natural ingredients in therapeutic doses (this is key!) and they don't have 'fillers' or synthetic products like others on the market. If you already have some collagen or green powder at home then use those and make your own little concoction. You don't need to have this every day, just when you feel like you need a little boost.
