Covid & Long Covid

COVID cases are on the rise once again, and unfortunately, many people are experiencing the virus for the second or even third time.

Additionally, I'm still seeing a significant number of patients, including teenagers, who are suffering from long COVID symptoms or side effects following their immunisations.

I also forgot to say B12 for helping with energy - 2000mg a day- I use seeking health active 1000 (2 lozenges when you first wake up).
